We're confident you'll love our partner-farmers' coffee, but if for any reason there is an issue then we promise we'll make things right: either by replacing your coffee or offering you a refund. Please note returns or refunds are only available for 30 days from the date you've received your coffee.

Also, we offer a 90-day warranty on all non-coffee gear. This excludes wear-and-tear of clothes due to normal use.
