Returns happen! And that's OK. We put our farmers first, but you, our customer, are just as important. We're confident you'll love our coffee. If you don't, for whatever reason, just let us know by sending us a message to help@farmersfirstcoffee.com

 

We promise we'll make things right, either by replacing your coffee or offering your a refund. Just let us know.

 

Please note returns or refunds are only available for 30 days from the date you've received your coffee.

 

We offer a 90-day warranty on all non-coffee gear. This excludes wear-and-tear of clothes due to normal use.
