Here's the Scoop:
At about 8 inches in length, this scoop is perfect for reaching down to the bottom of your Farmers First Coffee bag! Holding about one tablespoon of ground coffee, this scoop is handmade by artisans from the Lake Yojoa region of Honduras. Finished with boiled linseed oil.
About Coffee Wood
In order to consistently produce high-quality beans, farmers must regularly cut-back their fields to allow for new productive growth. Normally this wood is simply removed and burned, but with your scoop it's been repurposed into a sustainable, beautiful coffee-making accessory.
Coffee tree "trunks" tend to be fairly thin, but exceptionally hard and durable.
